Double espresso for here came to 4.05. Sweeter than what i was expecting, a good thing. Plent of seating and they have a bathroom too. Also alcohol options. That they roast the coffee makes a difference. Various food options. Friendly staff. They're expanding to next door as well so they must be doing well.

The combination of cherry yogurt pie and iced Americano is absolutely amazing, and their freshly roasted coffee is incredibly delicious! If you ever visit this town, you must stop by here. Highly recommended! :)

Fantastic cafe with fresh & droolworthy bakes & equally delicious coffee. The cinnamon bun, chocolate croissant & spinach feta bread were freshly baked that morning. Mocha and Dirty chai were perfection.

Arrived at this Cafe/Restaurant expecting to get a good cup of coffee. What we experienced was an amazingly well decorated, warm ambiance, tastefully lighted and well run establishment. Food was excellent and arrived perfectly timely as soon as we finished enjoying our delicious Cappuccino. Deservedly the place was packed with patrons, which allowed us ample time to study the menu and extensive coffee and Latte selections. Had a chance to speak with Tony the owner and his lovely wife. No wonder this restaurant was well designed and properly managed. It’s an extension of their beautiful energy which is both friendly and invitingly warm. Must Must Must Visit.

Awesome little shop with a phenomenal pistachio late. We also got the leek and the spinach Danish and they were absolutely delicious. Would have been nice to have them warmed up, but still great. Highly recommend stopping in.

Hudson Roastery was BUSY today, but that is no surprise. You know it’s a great roasters when you can watch them roast on a Sunday morning. We ordered a couple of Caramel Apple Butter lattes and they were fantastic. Really nailed the Apple Butter flavor, but did not take away from their coffee. For food, we had the Pullman Egg Sandwiches, would highly recommend (the lemon zest was a pleasant surprise). There is plenty of comfy seating and the inside is fantastic. Will be back!

I was in Hudson for my birthday weekend with a friend and our hotel had crappy coffee so naturally we needed a place to get our fix! Well, this became our everyday morning coffee and breakfast during our entire stay. Staff were super friendly, service was excellent, the variety of breakfast options were great - delicious pastries, to quiches, egg sandwiches - something for everyone. As a snobby coffee lover their coffee was strong and delicious I bought a bag to bring home!
